Easy 30-day return/exchange policy,

You can return or exchange the items 30 days after receiving and request a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at  info@eternalperfumeoils.uk.

Customer is responsible for return postage BOTH SIDES.

Free items such as car diffusers, 5ml samples (single bottles and samples packs) cannot be exchanged or returned for refunds.

The 5ml sample pack of 5 + 2 free can NOT be refunded or exchanged.

If you received a free 30ml bottle and wish to exchange it, you will have to cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
